Family blames NHS failings for 'road rage' killing
The family of 'road rage' victim Don Lock have said he would still be alive were it not for the failings of the NHS.
They spoke after paranoid schizophrenic Matthew Daley was convicted of Mr Lock's manslaughter but acquitted of murder.
Daley stabbed retired solicitor Don Lock 39 times in the head, back, neck and chest in West Sussex on July 16 last year.
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has apologised to Don Lock's family, saying it "got things wrong", promising to review 10 cases where its patients had been involved in killings over the last five years.

Don Lock killing: NHS Trust acted 'far too late'
The family of "road rage" victim Don Lock said he would still be alive were it not for the failings of the NHS.
They spoke after paranoid schizophrenic Matthew Daley was convicted of Mr Lock's manslaughter but acquitted of murder, having stabbed him 39 times in July last year.

'Dad would still be here if the NHS had done their job'
The family of road rage victim Don Lock have said he would still be here were it not for the failings of the NHS.
Mr Lock's son Andrew said the manslaughter verdict had brought to a close "the most horrific 10 months of our lives and brings some sort of justice for dad".
But he added: "This verdict effectively provides the Daley family with what they have wanted for the last few years - their son in a safe place away from harm's way being treated correctly.
"For them they can still visit their son, hug him and talk to him... for us, all we can do is cling on to the wonderful memories of dad.
"As a consequence of the failings of the NHS, it is clear that dad would still be here today if they had done their job properly.
"Nothing we say or do now will bring dad back to us, but we will continue the spirit that dad carried with him through our family, friends and the many people that dad had such an impact on over the course of his life.
"It is clear now to all that this incident confirms nothing more than that dad was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time."
