Derbyshire fire 'not suspicious'
A Derbyshire police spokesman said the cause of a deadly blaze that left four people dead was not thought not to be suspicious. Josie Leighton, Jordon Green and Tyler Green died yesterday after the fire at a house in North Wingfield in Derbyshire.

Electrical fault caused house fire that killed four
A house fire which killed two women and two young brothers is believed to have been started after an electrical fault, a fire service investigation found.
Jordan Green, 12, and his nine-year-old brother Tyler died with their mother Josie Leighton, 32, and her friend Claire James, 27, in the blaze in North Wingfield, near Chesterfield, on November 20.
In a statement, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Thorough investigations point to an accidental fire caused by a fault in electrical wiring between the ground and first floor of the property.
"Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service would once again like to convey its thoughts and sympathy to the families of the deceased at this very distressing time."

Grandmother 'devastated' after house fire deaths
A grandmother has described her devastation after her daughter and two grandsons were killed in a house fire in Chesterfield.
Josie Leighton, Jordon Green and Tyler Green died yesterday after a blaze at a house in North Wingfield in Derbyshire.
In a statement Lynn Leighton said: “Josie was a lovely, loving daughter who had lots of friends.
“Tyler was always happy. He loved life, he loved school and was always full of beans. Jordan was a real character. He loved his family, specially his grandma and always had lots of friends.
“They will all be greatly missed. We are devastated by what has happened and we ask for privacy at this time to allow the whole family to grieve.”
House fire victim always had a 'big smile on his face'
One of the victims of the house fire in Chesterfield "always had a smile on his face", his headteacher has said.
Jordan Green and his nine-year-old brother Tyler were pronounced dead at Chesterfield and District Royal Hospital following the fire at Williamthorpe Road, North Wingfield.
The 12-year-old's headteacher at North East Derbyshire Support Centre, Val Fisher, said: “Jordan had only been with us since September, but in that short time was making good progress.
"He was well liked by fellow pupils and staff and always had a big smile on his face. He enjoyed all the activities, and loved being part of a team. He was funny and sociable. We will all miss him.“
Fire victim was a 'thoughtful and considerate' boy
Tyler Green was a "thoughtful and considerate" boy who was a valued member of his school community.
The nine-year-old died in the fire along with his brother Jordan as well as two other women in the blaze near Chesterfield.
The statement from North Wingfield Primary School read:“Tyler was a valued member of our school community and we will all miss him. He was a quiet thoughtful, considerate boy who was polite and helpful.
“He had many good friends in school and in the community and this makes it all the more difficult to hear this news."
Post mortem examinations due after fire
Investigations are continuing into what caused a house fire which killed two women and two children near Chesterfield.
Claire James, 27, and Josie Leighton, 32, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two boys, Tyler Green, 9, and Jordan Green, 12, were also in the house and were taken to Chesterfield and District Royal Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
The blaze broke out in North Wingfield early yesterday morning. A seven-year-old girl managed to escape with minor injuries. Post mortem examinations will take place today.

Derbyshire Police say Claire James and Josie Leighton died at the scene. The boys - Tyler and Jordan - were later pronounced dead at hospital.
A seven-year-old girl was taken to hospital following the fire, suffering from minor smoke inhalation. Police say she has since been discharged.
A joint investigation by the police and fire service continues.

A seven-year-old girl survived the blaze and was found outside the property with minor injuries consistent with smoke inhalation.
Chief inspector Rick Gooch from Derbyshire Police said it was a "tragic event" and specially trained officers are working with the affected family.
