KP Snacks has issued a product recall after pieces of plastic were discovered inside a packet of crisps.

The company issued the warning over some McCoy's multipacks with a before date of June 15 and code 3066.

KP, owner of McCoy's crisps has issued a product recall after small pieces of plastic were discovered inside four different varieties of their crisps. The company said the recall was "a precautionary measure."

KP Snacks Limited regrets to announce that it has received a small number of complaints from consumers regarding small pieces of plastic in four varieties of McCoy's multi-packs.

As a precautionary measure, KP Snacks has initiated a voluntary recall of these varieties.
