M3 delays in Hampshire after car fire

One lane is closed and there queueing traffic on the M3 because of an earlier car fire on the northbound carriageway.

The blaze broke out at around 11:30am, just before J11(Winchester South), causing congestion back to to J14 for the M27.

The fire is now out, but lane one remains closed while emergency services continue to work at the scene.
