Knifeman with elephant mask robs off licence
A robber in an elephant mask has robbed an off licence in Oxfordshire. Thames Valley Police are appealing for information after an armed robbery in Eynsham.
At 9.42pm on Saturday a man carrying a knife entered Eynsham Cellars in Mill Street.
He threatened the shop assistant with a knife and demanded money.
He stole cash before leaving the scene on a bicycle in the direction of John Lopes Road.
The victim was not injured.
The offender is 6ft 2ins, medium or slim build, white. He was wearing a knitted green elephant mask with a pink trunk, a thick black coat with the hood up, skiing gloves, grey jogging bottoms and white hi-top trainers with red stripes.
