Large fire at waste recycling site
Firefighters from four counties have been brought in to control a large blaze at a recycling site in Oxfordshire.
Crews were called to the blaze off Banbury Road near Finmere where waste, including wood and plastic materials have been severely damaged.
The fire, within a processing building, has now been brought under control, but Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service say they'll continue to monitor the situation into Monday.
At its height, firefighters from Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire were also in support, with a total of six fire engines and a number of specialist appliances.
The cause of the fire is as yet unknown and will be the subject of further investigation.
