New railway 'has led to misery for commuters'

The first new railway built in more than 100 years has led to misery for thousands, according to commuters.

Today the company behind the new route from Oxford to London apologised after complaints that it's led to a worse service for others along the route in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
