Our love of curry and its links with the Royal Navy

It's now one of our national dishes but most of us assume curry has only been popular here for about 50 years. In fact our first encounters with curry date back more than two centuries and it's the Royal Navy which can claim to have first given us a taste for it. Richard Jones has joined a team recreating a curry sauce that originated in the time of Nelson.
