Text Santa: brave Jennifer suffers from rare condition

This Friday is ITV's Text Santa - a marathon programme, with big celebrity names - raising millions of pounds for great causes. Thanks to your donations and fund-raising efforts, over £5 million was raised last year.

Six charities benefited - Age Uk, Barnardo's, BeatBullying, Clic Sargent, the British Heart Foundation and Hospice UK.

This year, there are new charities - and this week we'll be highlighting their work.
