A derelict boat caught fire in Newhaven today (17 June 2014).

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to reports of a fire on a derelict boat in Newhaven. It happened early this morning. Crews from Newhaven and Roedean attended the scene on the Northway/A259 near the bridge to Denton Island. One fire engine remains at the scene.
