Unearthing the secret WWII bunker in the New Forest
We know it as a place of peace and beauty, but the New Forest saw more than its share of action during the Second World War.
A team of archaeologists are now trying to learn more about a secret bunker deep in the Forest which was one of the most bombed places in Britain.
It had all manner of explosives dropped on it - and all of them were our own. Including the biggest conventional bomb built in the War. Martin Dowse has been finding out more.
