For most of us popping to our local supermarket is something we do without thinking - but for the elderly - it can be quite stressful. Things life lifting heavy items in and out of a basket and not reaching high shelves can be hard work.

Well a new study in Winchester has been looking at how we can make it easier for older people while out shopping.
