Four footballers accused of sexual assault and voyeurism on a 19-year-old girl at a hotel in Brighton face a retrial.
Brighton and Hove Albion players Anton Rodgers, Lewis Dunk and George Barker, and former team-mate Steve Cook, had denied all charges. Lewis Dunk was cleared of voyeurism.
Late this afternoon, the jury was dismissed after failing to reach verdicts. Our reporter Kate Bunkall was in court.
