Thousands of elderly people are malnourished

There are hundreds of thousands of elderly people in the South who are suffereing from Malnutrition. New research shows it's a very real problem amongst older people here - with one in three who live in their own home - being considered to be vulnerable to malnutrition

The cost of food, having the energy to prepare food, and a lack of appetite are contributers - But many people don't realise they are simply not eating the right stuff. Now technology developed at Reading University could help that, as Penny Silvester reports.
