Though the suspects faces are hidden, it may well be that someone recognises their distinct clothing. Police are describing them as follows:

  1. slim/med build, wearing a dark blue hooded top with a white stripe down the side, dark trainers and gloves

  2. large build, wearing a dark blue hooded top with a blue Adidasbaseball cap underneath, cream coloured tracksuit bottoms with three stripesand an Adidas flower at the bottom of the left leg

  3. medium build, wearing a black hooded top, possibly leather orwaterproof, blue tracksuit bottoms, black Nike trainers with a white Niketick

  4. wearing a blue and grey hooded top, blue tracksuit bottoms withwhite stripes down the side and gloves with red on them and dark trainers

  5. medium build, wearing a cream top and a grey balaclava, darkbottoms and lighter trainers

Police have identified a sixth man who entered the store after the first five suspects left and is seen taking further packets of cigarettes.

Although we can’t see all the suspects’ faces, their clothing is fairly distinctive and it could well be that someone recognises them. We would like to speak with him about this subsequent burglary and theft as well as establishing whether he was a witness to the original incident. Also, I’m still interested in hearing from anyone who may have been offered cheap cigarettes for sale in the area recently because this could be connected.
