Bill and Hillary Clinton are in Oxford this weekend to attend their daughter’s graduation ceremony.Their 34-year-old daughter Chelsea is receiving a PhD in international relations from Oxford University.

Clinton was a Rhodes scholar in the 60s where he famously smoked marijuana "but didn't inhale"
