She has campaigned trirelessly for rail safety after a journey to work turned her life upside down. Pam Warren, was 32, a high flying financial advisor but today is known as one of the most high profile survivors of the Paddington rail crash.

The tragedy involving a First Great Western train from Reading in 1999 claimed 31 lives and 400 were injured. Pam herself suffered terrible facial injuries.
