New bike lanes for Brighton

A controversial new bus and bicycle lane has been officially launched in Brighton today. It follows a campaign by the family of teacher Joanne Walters - who was knocked off her bicycle and killed in 2010. But drivers say the scheme will lead to increased congestion. Here's Andy Dickenson.
