Temporary reprieve for woodland

A battle to save an historic wood in Kent from being cleared for quarrying has taken an unexpected twist. Campaigners fighting to save the ancient trees at Oaken Wood near Maidstone have secured a court order preventing any works going ahead - at least for the time being.
