The Queen has carried out one of her final duties to mark her jubilee year in her home town of Windsor.

Council terminates bus services
Surrey County Council has terminated all local bus services run by Countryliner on behalf of the authority.
Alternative operators have been employed from 10 October, to continue all the services with the current routes and timetables.
It comes 24 hours after Countryliner Sussex Ltd went into administration causing disruption to bus services in East Sussex.
The services now affected are:
10: Guildford-Boxgrove Park-Merrow – to be operated by Abellio Surrey11: Farnborough-Deepcut-Camberley-Frimley-Paddock Hill – to be operated by Stagecoach24: Guildford-Bramley-Birtley-Elmbridge-Cranleigh – to be operated by Coaches Excetera
25: Guildford-Gomshall-Peaslake/Holmbury St. Mary-Cranleigh – to be operated by Coaches Excetera
43: Cranleigh-Shamley Green-Wonersh-Godalming College – to be operated by Stagecoach45: Busbridge-Rodborough School – to be operated by Stagecoach
46: Aldershot-Farnham-Elstead-Godalming-Compton-Guildford – to be operated by Stagecoach73: Woking-Horsell-Chobham – to be operated by Abellio Surrey81: Woking-Barnsbury Estate – to be operated by Abellio Surrey87: Chobham-Lightwater-Collingwood College – to be operated by Stagecoach
School Bus Passes and Season Tickets purchased from Countryliner (weekly, monthly etc) will be accepted by the new operators until their expiry, without further charge.
Hometown jubilee tribute to the Queen
The Queen carried out one of her final duties to mark her jubilee year today by unveiling a statue in her home town of Windsor.
The spiral of 60 spheres is to represent her time on the throne and was designed by a pupil at Windsor Girl's School. Andrew Pate was there.
