New campaign to encourage young people into summer jobs

Brighton has been chosen for the launch of a new government campaign to encourage more young people to take summer jobs.

The Work and Pensions Secretary, Esther McVey, got stuck-in at a fish and chip shop on Brighton Pier to highlight the benefits of holiday jobs to prepare for the workplace.

A free portal for applications has been launched on the Government's Find a Job website.
