Large fire at car scrapyard in Poole

Smoke from the blaze at Charles Trent scrapyard on Ringwood Road could be seen for miles around.

More than 60 firefighters have been dealing with a large fire at a car scrapyard in Poole, Dorset.

Surrounding streets, including Ringwood Road, have been closed by police officers. More than 20 cars at the scrapyard are on fire and 11 fire engines are at the scene.
