A failing school fights back
It was pilloried as one of the worst schools in Britain but now there's been a remarkable turnaround at the Marlowe Academy in Kent.
A top team of eductional specialists, including a new temporary head teacher, were brought in after an Ofsted report said it was failing last year.
Now they say the prospects of both the students and the academy has been transformed.
Our cameras were given exclusive access to see some of the changes.
