Paddington Station closed due to 'slippery platforms'

Passengers at Paddington Station were left staring at blank departure boards this morning. The station was closed due to 'slippery, icy platforms'.

Some passengers turning to the Network Rail website for information were left disappointed after the site crashed.

London's Paddington Station which takes rail services from Wales and the west of England has closed.
