Sherlock Holmes fans set record

A group of 113 Sherlock Holmes fans gathered outside the University College London building yesterday and broke the world record for the most people dressed in Sherlock Holmes attire in one place. The event was organised by the Undershaw Preservation Society.

The record breaking performance was also used to mark Sherlock TV star, Benedict Cumberbatch's 38th birthday. All the money raised will go towards the restoration of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's study and stained glass windows at his former home in Undershaw.
