Musician convicted of sexually assaulting girl while dating her mother

A musician from north London has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl while dating her mother. 49-year-old Robin Zebaida from St John's Wood has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register for two years.

In November 2012, the girl who has not been named, went with her mother to Zebaida's home. He gave them both alcoholic drinks before the assault on the girl took place.

This conviction shows that the Metropolitan Police will always act on information given to us in relation to sexual offences.

Robin Zebaida took advantage of a relationship that he had formed with a woman in order to abuse a vulnerable girl.
