An investigation has been launched after a baby in foster care was left on a bus in north London.
A Haringey Council spokeswoman said the baby was no longer being looked after by the foster carer.
She said: "The welfare and protection of all children in care is our number one priority. An incident took place last week where a carer left a child unattended.
"The child was found safe and well and we are undertaking a full investigation.
"As soon as this incident came to light, steps were immediately taken to arrange a new fostering placement for the child."
The unlicensed events unfolded on Saturday night at Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
A 37 year old man who was taken to hospital after getting into difficulty in a stretch of water near Maidenhead has died.
