Disabled protesters chain themselves to lights in Trafalgar Square

Police have been attempting to move disabled protesters out of the road in Trafalgar Square.

Some demonstrators, holding placards reading 'We're all in this together', had attempted to chain themselves to lights in the square.

They are protesting about the effect of the government's austerity measures.
