TfL apply for injunction after bus lanes row

Transport for London have applied for an injunction after a mini-cab boss told his drivers to use London's bus lanes.

John Griffin instructed Addison Lee drivers to use the lanes and he would pay any fines they incurred.

But now TfL are seeking an interim injunction to order the company to withdraw letters that told drivers to break the rules. A hearing is due to take place on April 23rd.
