Ever been told to count to ten to control your anger? A new campaign is urging people to count to 90 to really calm themselves down.
'Take:90' aims to reduce anger which, in some instances, can lead to violence. Research show is can take just 90 seconds for hormones released by anger to pass through the body.
The initiative is being backed by the Met Police and other organisations, including Transport for London to help tackle impulsive violence.
