Tributes have been pouring in for West Ham and Chelsea legend Peter Brabrook - who has died aged 79 after a short illness.

Both clubs released lengthy statements on their website - with the Hammers calling him 'a friendly, approachable and hugely knowledgeable figure beloved by his teammates', and the Blues saying he held 'a special place in Chelsea history'.
