Drug 'spice' epidemic among London rough sleepers

Westminster Council is warning of a huge increase in the number of rough sleepers who addicted to the drug 'spice'.

A survey found a fifth of the homeless people in the borough were using the drug, which is also known as synthetic cannabis.

The council says there has been a dramatic rise in users. Spice can cause severe psychotic episodes.
