'Pugshots' to shame dog owners who fail to clean up mess
Dog owners who fail to clean up after their pets could be shamed with wanted-style 'pugshots'.
Since January Barking and Dagenham council has been using DNA techniques to identify owners who fail to clean up dog mess.
The DNA samples could also be used to create a computer generated image of the animal.
