A shocked Amazon customer found four live mice, along with three dead ones, inside her delivery.
Kat Kahraman, 37, got a refund for the £47 oak table which she says was scratched by the rodents.
She kept the live mice as pets in the flat she shares with three friends in Pimlico, south London.
Kat bought the table on Amazon Marketplace and thinks the mice burrowed into the box when it was in the warehouse.
She says she hopes to keep the mice but wants some advice on how to care for them.
Amazon have since apologised to Kat and offered her a full refund and a £60 gift certificate.
Amazon have not provided any further comment.
