Teaching assistant knocked unconscious after reprimanding pupil

A teaching assistant knocked unconscious by a father for reprimanding his son says she has been through hell.

Lesley-Anne Noel says she is frightened her attacker will strike again after he was given a suspended sentence.

They both live in the same area and she says she is terrified she will bump into him one day.

Lesley-Anne, who has been a TA for two years, was attacked as she walked to her car after she'd finished working at Glenbrook primary school in Clapham.

The father cycled towards her before confronting her and then knocking her out.

The 47-year-old suffered a serious injury to her eye and damage to her shoulder for which she is still having treatment.
