Rain won't stop this parade: Notting Hill Carnival Day 2

As many as 60 bands in beautiful costumes are taking part in the grand finale of the Notting Hill Carnival parade today.

As if that wasn't enough noise, there will also be almost 40 sound systems pumping our music to the hundreds of thousands of revelers.

The Met Office has issues a yellow weather warning for the capital but nothing it would seem, will dampen this carnival's spirit.
