An eye-catching tribute to beloved late author Terry Pratchett has finally been unveiled after three months of hard work - a giant graffiti mural.

The huge painting, which measures around 100ft long, took two graffiti artists thousands of hours to complete, and features a cast of well-known characters from the bestselling author's Discworld series of books.

The massive multi-coloured painting was unveiled by talented artists Jim Vision and Dr Zadok, on the side of a building in Brick Lane, east London.

They began their work on the mural as soon as they heard the news the fantasy author died in March aged 66.

The painting contains a huge portrait of Terry, complete with his trademark black hat, as well as many characters from the series of books, including Death, his white horse Binky and bungling wizard Rincewind.

The artwork also serves to commemorate artist Josh Kirby, who did the dust jacket drawings for the book covers before his death in 2001.
