Young Chelsea fan presents Premier League trophy to champions

A young football coach and life-long Chelsea fan handed John Terry the Barclay's Premier League cup today, after their meeting with Sunderland at Stamford Bridge, having won the title a few weeks ago.

Rachel Key is an aspiring coach and recently finished a Barclay's Premier League Works scheme an initiative aimed at helping young people into training or employment.

Sponsor Barclays made this corporate video about their work and filmed the moment she met her hero Marcel Desailly.

He brought the Barclays to Premier League trophy to her home so she could get comfortable with it before her big day.
