A house in North London which is only a 188 square feet has gone on the market for £275,000.

The property is located on Richmond Avenue in the Barnsbury area of Islington. The house is so small that whoever buys it will have to sleep on a shelf above the kitchen.

Average house prices in Islington have soared to around £645,000.
