A two-bedroom house in Harringay, which appears to have been built over a driveway between two average-sized houses, measures just 83 inches wide.
The narrow property on Glenwood Road has been described as a 'terrace house' on the property website Rightmove, and is up for sale at £235,000.
The 7ft-wide home features two bedrooms on the first floor, and a reception room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.
The property also includes a roof terrace and a gas-fired central heating system.
The house is set to go up for auction on October 1.
The narrowest house in London is believed to be a property on Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush, which stands just 65 inches wide.
