Norway tree felled for Trafalgar Square

Video: see the tree being cut and lifted by a giant crane, as it begins its journey to London. It'll travel by sea before being lifted into place in Trafalgar Square, decorated, and lit on the 6th of December.

The Trafalgar Square Christmas tree has been an annual gift to the people of London by the city of Oslo each year since 1947 as a token of gratitude for British support of Norway during the Second World War.
