Homeless forum in Liverpool
A special forum's being held later to discuss the problem of homelessness in Liverpool.
Organised by the City Council it will see contributions by the public, charities and other stakeholders.
Its an increasing problem and a recent report by the council claimed that the most vulnerable people are being hit by benefit cuts, a claim backed up by some local homeless charities.
The report showed there have been 20 major changes to working age benefits since 2010, affecting around 55,000 households.
