Coroner rules man who killed his friend was acting in self defence
A man who killed his friend as they wrestled over a gun says he feels "vindicated" after a coroner ruled he'd acted in "self-defence."
Arran Coghlan shot Stephen Akinyemi in the head at his home in Cheshire. The businessman once dubbed the "Teflon Don" has always maintainet that he was fighting for his life.
But Cheshire Police charged him with murder - a charge that was later dropped. Speaking outside court, Mr Coghlan told our reporter that he's waited 7 years to clear his name.
