Public inquiry into Anthony Grainger death hears police had 'out of date' intelligence

A public inquiry's started into the shooting dead of an unarmed man by a police marksman. Anthony Grainger was 36 and a father of two children. He was under surveillance by police when he was killed by a single bullet in a car park in Warrington nearly five years ago.

The public inquiry into his death got underway today at Liverpool Crown Court.
