Terror twins become first in Lancashire to get the new ASBO

Two teenagers dubbed the Terror Twins on the estate where they live in Preston are the first twins in Lancashire to be given an ASBO.

The fourteen year olds led a gang called the Boom Girls.

A court's heard they spat at and racially abused residents and vandalised property. Morgan and Ellie Cairns have been handed the new version of what used to be the ASBO.
