Man found not guilty of murdering Darren Taylor in Thailand
A 23-year-old man accused of murdering Darren Taylor in Thailand has been found not guilty.
James Anthony Durnan from Garston walked free from court with a £30 fine and a two-month suspended sentence.
He was told to pay a £30 fine after being found guilty of drugs charges and received a suspended sentence for assaulting Darren's pregnant girlfriend.
Darren's father Gary Taylor told the Liverpool Echo: "I can't believe it. I was convinced he was going to prison."
Darren, 34, originally from Walton, was allegedly pushed from the balcony of his sixth-storey flat in Bangkok on June 13, 2013.
