A 31 year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder at the Parklife music in Manchester.
26 year old Robert Hart, who was with his girlfriend Gemma, died in hospital after he was punched to the ground.
The pair were at the front of the main stage at Heaton Park when the incident took place.
Police say a man's been arrested in Cheshire and is being questioned about the attack.
Detective Inspector Richard Eales from Greater Manchester Police said: "Over the last two weeks, we have received a huge amount support by both the public and the media for the appeal to help find the person responsible.
"We now have a man in custody but that doesn't mean the investigation is at an end. We are continuing to investigate and we are renewing our appeal for information or any relevant footage."
