Manchester's Chris Ingram eyes success at World Rally Championship

For the first time in 17 years, the World Rally Championship is coming back to the north west.

With racing starting tomorrow, 165 drivers will be based in Deeside, including Manchester's Chris Ingram who, at 19, will be the youngest to hit the roads.
