Beyond the legal fees and the potential fine he says the case has impacted on his plans to get married.
Court case opposing fan to Oyston family adjourned
The Blackpool fan being sued by the Oyston family over alleged defamation has earned himself a three week grace period.
The judged ruled that his defence had not been correctly written and adjourned the trial until the February 26.
David Ragozzino, 32, is being sued for up to £150,000 by Karl and Owen Oyston, after he allegedly posted defamatory information about them online.
Mr Ragozzino is representing himself in court against the multimillionaire father and son duo. The case is being heard in the Small Claims Court at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre.
He was however supported by a group of around 60 Blackpool fans made the journey down from Blackpool with him. They marched through Manchester this afternoon chanting: "Oyston Out".

Blackpool fans paraded through Manchester on their way to court where the club's owner and directors are suing a fan for defamatory comments he allegedly left on a message board.
