Birthday celebrations for Blackpool "Fliers"
One of the world's oldest amusement park rides is celebrating its 110th birthday.
The "captive flying machine' at Blackpool Pleasure Beach was created in 1904, and is still operating.
To mark the occasion a Typhoon pilot has been climbing aboard to give it a test flight.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach celebrated the 110th birthday of The Sir Hiram Maxim Captive Flying Machines, Europe's oldest operating theme park ride.
Eurofighter Typhoon test pilot Nat Makepeace swapped the controls of the UK's fastest fighter jet for the planes of the Pleasure Beach's oldest ride to help the park celebrate the anniversary.
